The initial install was fine, but poor follow through after the sale. Days of phone tag and no commitment to even discuss follow up work.
The team showed up, discussed the action plan for the day and did their jobs. They kept me in the loop throughout the day and took care of all of my concerns. There was an instant difference in the coldest rooms in our house. Both the attic insulators and wall insulators made sure to review their work with me and answer all questions. It was a long day for them, but they took the time to clean up. I highly recommend USA Insulation.
They showed up on time, they worked fast and did an awesome job. They cleaned up before they left and it took less then 3 hours from start to finish. I would recommend them to anybody.
They were on time they were very pleasant and I started feeling a difference in my house within hours of them completing the job. They say it will take about 21 day to see the full effect so I can't wait. Cory Sullivan was one of our Installers and he was great in letting us know what was going to happen step by step. Also the attic team was great at well. It was a great experience.

The crew was prompt and friendly, they even tolerated my 3 crazy dogs really well. They were surprisingly quick and they cleaned up after their work thoroughly. We are waiting for a cold night to determine the difference in temperature in our home, but I feel confident that if we still notice any issues they will be covered under the warranty. Thanks so much, we highly recommend them!
I would like to say USA Insulation was a class act. I was very impressed with Dustin Smith. He was very detail oriented which is what you need in the business world. Right off the start they came on time did a walkthrough of the house and made a checklist of everywhere they needed to address. They kept you informed of the progress of the job from start to finish. They worked in teams. There was a team doing the walls and another team doing the attic. I would definitely recommend USA Insulation to anyone looking for good work
