The team at USA Honda was able to diagnose and repair an issue on my 2007 Seadoo Speedster that my local dealership failed to diagnose, twice. In addition, they were VERY fair in their diagnostic and repair costs, we were even able to arrange delivery from Walla Walla to Pasco. They are going to be my go to for all boat maintenance going forward.

NEVER take your motorcycle or watercraft to this dealership...you will get nothing but never ending lies from the owner Eric about why he doesn't have your watercraft/motorcycle fixed. And then he will way over charge you once you get it back, and in my case my watercraft was in worse shape when I got it back.

If you want your motorcycle to sit in a shop for months then this is the place for you! They don't let you know when you're motorcycle is done. Also, they all try to call to save face. I had the owner call me after I was done with them and say that they are not liars. I also had a sales rep call me and tell me that he doesn't do anything with the maintenance so it's not his fault. I would look around at all the other possibilities over this place. I will never do business with these people again.
