Curtis Sayler did not inspect the whole house and was rude with his son. It really does not concern me that his son was starting at Elon College! The house was in the middle of having repairs done, including a new kitchen faucet. The faucet was not there at the time of inspection. Curtis gave me his cell phone number to text him the picture of the faucet in place with a movie of its operation. Used this company as a first time veteran home owner and first responder, and they were a absolute nightmare, they missed multiple issues a inspector should of noticed to include a fist sized hole in the roof, a rotted structural super gutter, and excess moisture in the walls. After contacting the company to make it right the owner met with me at the house and saw the faults and agreed they should’ve been noted. My experience with this business was negative due to poor management, lack of transparency, and extremely unprofessional behavior from the team.
