I am exceptionally happy with the professional yet personable service from start to finish. The workmanship is excellent. The product is great. I would have given my experience a 5 star, but what holds it down is the cost. I am super thankful for a job well done in surprisingly half a day, but to think I will be paying for 4 to 5 years on a job that only took 4 hours, this changes everything. I’m a little upset. I was suppose to get my roof today and my materials were delivered to the wrong address almost 5 days ago. Now instead of just driving to the address to get my materials, I now have to wait and wasn’t told how long. They had a van they should have drove up the street and got them. Or had someone come down and bring them. 18k for a roof, not impressed and now I have to wait even longer.
Buying a new roof can be overwhelming, BUT not with this company. Everyone was very professional and very informative. The entire process from getting our estimate to the finished product was so simplistic, and unbelievably quick: my husband and I were genuinely surprised. I appreciate how friendly everyone we dealt with was and how efficiently their work crew handled the job. Based on my experience with them, I would highly recommend this company.
Pretty good job on the install of the roof it was solid over winter, tremendous amount of screws left in the driveway still picking them up 9 months later
