We replaced our furnace and ac units after the furnace went out. Talked to Joe McQuillin, he got us set up with both units. Joe and his Dad Jason installed both units. Their customer service and knowledge is top notch. Highly recommend USA Heating and Cooling. Also, have to acknowledge Josiah, a service tech. He helped remove the old unit the first day. Have used their services twice now based on a family referral, and every time they answer the phone promptly, are able to give a little bit of troubleshooting over the phone and both instances were able to come out within an hour! I appreciate their truthfulness with Service and not just trying to sell me a new unit every time they come out, they’ve been very truthful and only had to replace a part each time! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!! They said that there was nothing that they could do to fix my furnace... Told me that I needed a new one... I had another company come in and they had it fixed within an hour.... Don't let this company take advantage of you.
