They are the best
I'm so glad that I found out about this rehabilitation and wellness center. I've been wanting to do water aerobics for a long time, and was fortunate to find this located in a safe area of town. I have met some really nice people in the water aerobics classes. The staff is nice and the facility is clean. Definitely recommended.
Well planned gradual rehab that eases your muscles back into working at the best level. Helped me lose weight, tone up, improve circulation, my lung function and lower leg circulation, and sleep better. All while closely monitored heart , lung, and intensity level. Loved it…helped me so much. Enjoyed the staff so much.
