I was pleased to go down to USA hardware a few times in the last couple of weeks and was very impressed on how well stock the hardware store is it is great clean the people are great very helpful even will come to your house and tell you how much it will cost to fix it they check it out for free I was very impressed with them last week I brought something in and they cut it and drilled holes for me and even put the handles up on my new bike i never been so impressed with a hardware store in my life I strongly recommend every... read more
The sales people in this store are A OK but their return policy stinks. I bought a palm sander at 12:55 PM on 3/12/15, found it was not what I needed and tried to return it at 2PM the same day. I was told they do not take returns on electronics. They said that it is a state law. I could not find that to be true. Also how is a palm sander electronics, except that it plugs in. Five star service!!! Love the guys. Made us feel welcome...knew their stuff. We just left the store and it was so refreshing that they really understood our needs and didn't try to push anything us. It was as if they truly cared! :) You have definitely made a repeat customer out of me!!!!
