Below is the email I sent to their customer support. They did such a horrible job. The technicians essentially destroyed expensive couches. Following the technicians’ return to re-clean the couches, cushions, and dining chairs, I remain extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided. A pro came the same day I called. Shampooed and steamed my tempurpedic King mattress. I’ve had this done before and it was no comparison to the job USA has done. I’d recommend this company to all wanting a professional upholstery/mattress or carpet cleaned to perfection.
Terrible company!!!! Cancelled on me twice!!!! How many times do they want me to reschedule
Don’t even waste your time with this company they only use a Shop Vac and don’t even clean it he just drops it in counts to 30 Seconds and pulls out only do the top vents only not all vents like promoted they don’t spray no Deodorizer or sanitize never inspected my Dryer vent nothing what they say these guys are a Scam
