Extremely misleading. The steam cleaning special is cleaning with only hot water. They price drastically increases when you ask for cleaning solution to be added. Don't waste your time.
Extremely unhappy with the expensive price $425 for a 12x12 room that had a king size bed and a lot of furniture so not a lot of space at all plus 11 steps. The service technician was very polite he did a wonderful job are you kidding me with this $425? Yes prices have gone up I understand that that's an absolute rip-off in highway robbery you should be ashamed of yourselves that you didn't even write back a response to me when I emailed you about it. This service is terrible and I would advise anyone against using them. They quoted on the phone $79/couch and $49/side chair. The technician came the following morning and immediately tried to up-charge me to add shampoo.....for a total for $360. I said what were you going to clean the couch with without shampoo? He said water only. We settled on $260, so they just make up pricing. He reeked of perfume and cigarettes. I opened the windows while he cleaned the couch and chair. Below is the email I sent to their customer support. They did such a horrible job. The technicians essentially destroyed expensive couches. Following the technicians’ return to re-clean the couches, cushions, and dining chairs, I remain extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided. Their cleaning technique was unstructured, and the application of the cleaning solution was inconsistent, leading to uneven results. A pro came the same day I called. Shampooed and steamed my tempurpedic King mattress. I’ve had this done before and it was no comparison to the job USA has done. I’d recommend this company to all wanting a professional upholstery/mattress or carpet cleaned to perfection.
