this company is a joke dont use, I paid 400 for a piece of s... I can only use it when I reset it with a stick. customer service is terrible
Absolutely horrible experience when I first contacted this company to install a garage they were really nice and booked my appointment the same week .. after my install was a nightmare my garage stopped working the same day called them and I was told u I would have to Waite a month to get it fixed after calling them multiple times and complained about my garage not working they blocked my number I will be talking this company to court I do not recommend at all .

Con artists and thieves. Came to give a free estimate, destroyed what was left of the pieces and hardware on the garage door then lied about the “work” he did and stole 245.00 from my wife, saying it was for the work he had done. If we wanted the door repaired it would cost another 800 to fix it. Had a reputable company come and fix it properly for half the price. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!. PARTS PROVIDED DO NOT FIT MY GARAGE DOOR. VERY POOR QUALITY AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN A GOOD IMITATION FROM THE ORIGINAL PARTS. REQUESTED A REFUND RIGHT AFTER PURCHASE (LITETARILY 10 MINUTES AFTER) AND THEY REFUSED TO RETURN THE MONEY BACK TO ME. RUDE PEOPLE. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME.
