Charlie came out to give us an estimate. We loved his honesty. After getting multiple quotes and being told we needed to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to stabilize and lift our house, he told us no work was needed. We just need to have a foundation watering on the side in question and that he would recheck the house in the future but normal house settling was all that was happening.
