Attempted to have a flower delivery to a hospital in Austin. Day 1 was told that they were told they couldn’t locate the patient. Day 2 was told that they couldn’t deliver it because the patient was in ICU. Eventually just asked for my $70 back and was told no because they already prepared the flowers. Took my money knowing they can’t deliver it and basically no resolution. Made it clear the patient doesn’t live in Austin. Was airlifted while on vacation to the nearest hospital.
