They sent me to do CT SCAN and physicals than never bothered to go further with anything else I was left in limbo about everything my hospital even reached out to them , they didn’t even call to give me the results of anything at all .
I don't understand why they give you an appointment if they're not going to see you at that time? It seems like the last straw to me that they play with people's time. If the information is clear when they schedule the appointment, one can adjust their time accordingly. My appointment was at 10 am and it was 12:30 and they still hadn't seen me. They told me that if I wanted to be seen by the doctor, I would have to wait for an unknown amount of time because the doctor was in surgery, but that I could have the procedure perfo... read more
I had great experience, at first I was nervous about having my procedure done at the facility in NY. I was impressed at how clean the operating section of the office was. I’m so used to having surgery in a hospital I was really nervous. But the staff were very friendly and helpful.
