I just received my product it was defective. poor packaging and defective product. Havent had product 10 mins and 2 of 4 bad. phone number disconnected bad business . The think this co is just ripping people off. I took picks will figure out how to post also at a later date. will be updating my facebook with pics. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
RecommendedI ordered oxygen absorbers and when they arrived, the indicator in one of the packages indicated suspect. I called the company and left a message. Shortly after leaving my message, I received a call from the company. The representative asked me to send them a picture of the package while we were on the phone. After viewing the picture (and while we were still on the phone), the representative told me he would replace the item. A couple days later, a replacement arrived, and all at no cost to me.
