Horrible customer service!!!! To anyone who is considering purchasing from this business, I would encourage you to try using Freedon Furniture instead. They also lend to people who have a hard time getting credit and they really are just a better and more professional company. Pissed off consumer I am very disappointed with USA Discounters. They say they are there for the military, but that is beyond the truth. They are overpriced, their staff in the collection department are very rude, and are quick to threaten you with Letters of Indebtness and not give you a chance to fix the situation. they are good I have purchased from USA Discounters for years and am very happy with their services, I do understand that their prices are a bit higher than other places. but my credit isnt exactly perfect and I couldnt get approved at ashley or room store. I still got a decent interest rate of 17.99 considering i know those other furniture places are more, like 24%. but i know once i get my tax returns i can pay them off cause there is no penalty to pay off early. i get annoyed by people who just complain and complain onlin... read more
For people with bad credit. I am reading everyones comments on here and I just had to say something....The only reason anyone should shop here is if they will absolutely not get approved anywhere else...They charge more for there items then anyone else and because of this it makes it easyer for them to finance people....If you buy a TV from them you will pay anywhere from 300-1000 dollars more then a say Best Buy or hhgregg's...The good thing is they take it from an allottment that goes the length of your enlistment contract... read more
Ms. White Purchased a sofa and loveseat from the Norfolk location the last week in Oct. 2010 by November 27 2010 the front of the sofa had started to break away from the frame of the sofa. USA Discounters is refusing to replace the sofa and offering a repair. If I wanted used furniture I would have done just that @ a used price! Do not shop here there are other place that will take your business and credit issues if you have them.
the new rip off store! usa discounter is about to go belly up!!! soon hopefully. they don't give their emplyees proper raises, only 10-15 cents. do not shop at usa discounter it's better to save your money and buy it flat out, their prices are three-four times the amount you would buy at any retail store they are a rip off.and they treat their employees unfair, no raise,no growth,no incintives just work and more work.

USA Discounters If you're military, you're loved here. They set you up, usually, to pay through military allotment, thereby ensuring they will be paid. They have great payment plans. When you enter the parking lot, keep your mind on that and you won't leave. It really isn't a very attractive shopping center, and the store itself is not attractive, either.
