They run very wide ( at least the 3 strap sandal does) they were on sale so no refund no exchange which I did not know until I filled out the return sheet. I can understand no refunds n sale or closeout but no exchanges? Why?
Ordered January 5, 2019....shipping label created for one week. Multiple emails sent...I got no response. Finally get one response with no information. Scheduled delivery for January 25. Will never order from here again.
Ordered a pair of 9in microfiber boots on 1/4. Received on 1/11. The bag was shredded and when I opened the bag, the box was ripped to shreds as well. The boots look ok, but one of them, the lining is bunched at the bottom. I normally wear anywhere from a 10-11 depending on the shoe. I ordered a 10 with fingers crossed. The left foot fits fine, the right foot is a little tight/small. I have yet to officially wear them because I am treating them with camp dry.
