I took my bike in for a service and a rear end wobble. Didn't realize how bad the wobble was till Rob showed me the bushings were shot. Rob took his time with me and explained what needed to be done and also called me in a couple times so I could see some other issues that he found. I've since put 600 miles on the bike and it rides Great! I really trust the shop and especially Rob's concern for his customers. USA is for me, no more dealerships. Not to mention he has Otis. You definitely have to meet Otis!

USA Cycle Shop is one-of-a-kind. My '94 Harley rides and performs like a completely different bike after I dropped it off for various repairs and upgrades. Rob and his crew are not only thorough and professional, but also friendly and communicative. You don't get this type of personal service at any dealership, which is why I plan to bring my bike back when its time for the next mod. Support this local shop!
