This is apparently a national company with different subcontractors in each area. We are in San Antonio Texas. We had them come out to clean 2 couches and a chair in our medical office. The young man that came out was on his phone the whole time and did a halfhearted job on the upholstery, leaving dirt and crumbs under the cushions. After shopping around a bit and inquiring on a number of websites this company got back to me promptly. I was very impressed by their promptness and straight forward nature. I was also pleasantly surprised to hear that I would receive a 10$ discount on my service of "carpet cleaning". I was so impressed I went ahead and scheduled a carpet cleaning between 8am-10am the coming Sunday.
