This is apparently a national company with different subcontractors in each area. We are in San Antonio Texas. We had them come out to clean 2 couches and a chair in our medical office. The young man that came out was on his phone the whole time and did a halfhearted job on the upholstery, leaving dirt and crumbs under the cushions.
