Got a quote over the phone for $109 for four rooms and a hall way. Thought wow that’s a great price!! I asked the customer service rep how much for a deep clean then? I’m pregnant so I wanted my house deep cleaned before baby arrives. He said it depends on the tech guy he’ll assess the carpet and give you a price. Mind You I’ve only lived here for a year the carpet isn’t horrible. I mean it’s not awesome since it wasn’t new to begin with but not terrible by ANY means. There’s much to be said about both the quality and customer service. There were still significant stains and dirt after a quick 20 minute cleaning ( yes, that’s all the time the technician spent for $150) and repeated calls to the customer relationship manager only resulted in justifications or “I’ll call you later”. Had to get another cleaning service to actually clean the carpet.

This company is a joke. They did a terrible job cleaning the Carpets in my house . Approx 10-15 average stains one or two were worse than the others ... $180 later. None of the stains are removed , the carpet is damp. Nothing is clean. The carpet looks soiled. I would have never known anyone came to clean the carpets if I didn't hire them myself .
