Never ever buy anything from them unless you are not willing to get your package without headache or hassle. I bought four times, one bounced never received. Called twenty times for refund. Once came in separated packages. I paid triple for border fees. I bought just once from parts town , I received my package just in two days. But from USAClean it takes weeks. The most trash company I ever dealt with ever

Ordered and paid for a special order part for a client at the end of August with a quoted 10 day lead time. I had to chase this company and all the different employees they bounced me around to for updates all the way until October 27th when the part finally arrived only for it to be the completely wrong one after I had stated in writing multiple times exactly what I needed. It's been almost a month and a half since I ordered parts that were going to ship within 8 - 21 days. I've gotten six updated shipping emails saying the date changed. I ordered 8 different part numbers and a total quantity of 15 items for over $600, none of which I've gotten yet. I'm not sure, at this point, if these parts will ever actually show up. My floor scrubber is just collecting dust because it's got a cracked water filter bowl cover. Unacceptable. I would use a different vendor so you don't have to keep waiting just... read more

Placed an order with them and they immediately charged me for the order. It’s been a month now and the order has not arrived. No shipping acknowledgement or tracking information was ever provided. I spoken numerous times with them on the phone and via email and they won’t provided any updates and refuse to refund my money. They just took my money and ran
