Unreliable company – not recommended I ordered a cleaning machine part that was listed on their website, but I received a completely different item. I lost the cost of the product, shipping, and customs fees due to their mistake. When I requested a return or replacement, they deducted 20% of the refund, even though the error was not mine. Never ever buy anything from them unless you are not willing to get your package without headache or hassle. I bought four times, one bounced never received. Called twenty times for refund. Once came in separated packages. I paid triple for border fees. I bought just once from parts town , I received my package just in two days. But from USAClean it takes weeks. The most trash company I ever dealt with ever
Ordered and paid for a special order part for a client at the end of August with a quoted 10 day lead time. I had to chase this company and all the different employees they bounced me around to for updates all the way until October 27th when the part finally arrived only for it to be the completely wrong one after I had stated in writing multiple times exactly what I needed. It's been almost a month and a half since I ordered parts that were going to ship within 8 - 21 days. I've gotten six updated shipping emails saying the date changed. I ordered 8 different part numbers and a total quantity of 15 items for over $600, none of which I've gotten yet. I'm not sure, at this point, if these parts will ever actually show up.
