I wish I can give zero stars. I’ve been coming to this place for years! Today was the worst experience yet. Rude and condescending. Very unfortunate because there is a lady that works there that is super nice, too bad they can’t all be like her
All this female workers seem to be on the time of the month there, such a ugly attitude and very unprofessional, and definitely need training in all aspects of customer service communication. I'm a very busy person, but when I get a chance I'll definitely go to corporate.
Helpful clean friendly place and people. Do not sign your check until you get there. They have to hold payment for a week.
I’ve been coming to this place for a while now and the ladies are super nice and helpful always making my experience comfortable and quick. However that has changed since the day they brought on new associate Juan. Juan has horrible customer service and always has a huge lines because of how long he takes to conduct business.
