Our carpets haven't looked this good for a LONG time! I have had others clean my carpets before and been dissatisfied, but John did a FANTASTIC job! He was on time and very professional. Others took a little over an hour to clean- he was here 3 hours. I was surprised at the cost at first because he charges by the foot. WORTH every penny! Would recommend USA carpet to anyone.
Special care was taken to remove all pet urine stains. John is also very personable which is also refreshing. Will use his business exclusively.
John was awesome! He got my basement carpets looking brand new, and even more impressive he was able to get rid of the smell from 4 pets!! Highly recommend! Will use again!
