Delays, shoddy work, safety issues, extra charges to clean up shoddy work, see below: Following some wind in Dallas, our outdoor deck covering installed by USA Canvas was the only damage amongst numerous outdoor commercial awnings/outdoor coverings in the neighborhood. The canvas and metal poles/spikes were uprooted and blew onto the roof of our home. They flapped in the wind with windy weather the next morning, banged on our roof, and threatened to smash back thru our windows and into our home.... read more
