Excellent service from financing to review of work wanted/needed through scheduling and work completion.
I would strongly caution anyone considering USA Bath. The original work on my shower was completed in 2017 and was not done correctly. USA Bath had to return multiple times over the following years, and ultimately the entire installation had to be redone in 2019 to fix the issues. After that, things held up for several years. Found USA Bath on Kohler website when researching walk in sit in tub replacements for a standard tub/shower. Nick did a thorough in home bathroom evaluation and discussion of Kohler tub features and installation process. Vladimir did quality tub installation work as discussed with Nick. This moderately pricey Kohler walk in tub is of good quality and has been well installed by USA Bath.
