USA Bath provided my husband, who is a veteran, a beautiful shower that is ADA accessible. Michael Kemp made sure that the shower was customized to my husband’s liking and disability. Thank you so much as this has been life-changing for my husband’s everyday life

We love our new shower! We replaced an old 40 year-old tiled shower that was impossible to keep clean anymore. We now have a beautiful, easy to maintain, walk-in shower with bench, partial glass enclosure, grab bars and easy to use wall and handheld shower heads. The process from the initial home consultation, showroom visit to make decisions and write the contract, to the installation went very smoothly with great communication at every step.
Lifetime warranty is a joke. They remodeled our bathroom and left a hole in the wall we paid to be repaired. Took several calls to get a refund because we ended up having to repair ourselves. Then 3 years later we were organizing the shelf under our sink only to find there's been a slow leak for who knows how long (definitely over a year). We call to use our 100% warranty to be told that's not covered. The issue isn't wear and tear and leaking from the pop-up rod.
