I have never written a business review but at this time there is only a 1-star review for this company in which I absolutely disagee with. I have no affiliation with USA Auto besides repeat work done on my car and my husband's truck that we will continue to only bring here! Prices are the best around, friendly service, and the guys have always been up front and helpful with us. Not to mention, never had a problem with any of their work. This company is very poorly run and rude to boot. My truck sat at their shop for over 2 weeks waiting to get the engine replaced and they still had not started on it. I was told on Feb. 1 that my truck would be cranked by today, Feb. 3, yet they hadn't even removed the old engine. I was then told that it wouldn't be started on til the 4th or 5th.
