I recently used this company to ship my car all the way across the country and initially I was pretty nervous due to the mixed reviews. But, I have to say, I did not have a single problem with this company. They charged me what they said they would, the customer service was responsive and my car arrived 3 days early. The driver who dropped off my vehicle was ridiculously friendly. No damage, no hassle, no complaints. 5/5

I was shipping my X3 from Seattle to Orange County for work. Ivan was super communicative from the beginning, however, when my car was to be picked up, the driver was dispatched about 5 miles away from my address I had entered. He wasn't wearing a mask or gloves (knocking off a star for that; there's no excuse for not having PPE) which wasn't reassuring and I ended up having to Uber back home. The worst company Riley has horrible customer. I would never recommend this company. They wait until the day before picking up my car to go up on the rate . Then Riley charged my card twice !
