Horrible experience. Quick responses, They were quick to provide me a contract. Promised me not to raise the price, "This price is locked in." Well Day of... price went from 700 to 1800. Contract is also very one sided.
I will give them cero if it’s possible. I wish had check the reviews first about this company. This was my first time trying to transport a vehicle. This is a big scam please people don’t use this company. They will steal your reservation money. Roger has the same strategy to steal your money. He did pretty much almost the same. I didn’t pick the cheapest quote, I got the middle one. After I signed the reservation, Roger told me that he didn’t have drivers the same day that my vehicle was supposed to get picked up. Had a little hiccup that was resolved with no issues. Appreciated the good communication.
First time shipping a car across the country. Price was very competitive and process was easy and quick. Truck was picked up within 3 days in CA & dropped in Indiana 4 days later. Driver provided excellent communication and was helpful to figure out the schedule. Truck was in good shape on arrival with no damage. Highly recommended shipper.
Easy to work with and would definitely be interested in contacting them if I needed another vehicle shipped.
