Not impressed at all. Mitch was very rude. When I drop off a vehicle, and am given an estimated date for completion, I can fully understand a delay because they are having trouble locating a part... But there is no excuse for putting us at the end of the line, after obtaining that part. And I don't care if you explained it to my husband, it's MY vehicle. Don't yell at me for asking you to explain it to me too. totally unprofessional!!!

My name is Juan I took the family van into USA AUTO so I can get my air conditioner going it was out for about six mounths, I was going to Laughlin for a river get away. The weather can be really nasty so it was a must to get the AC going. long the head mechanic there said he would give me a call soon.
