From the moment I walked into this establishment, I received outstanding customer service. I was looking for parts for my 2010 Toyota Highlander, and even though the part I needed was not in stock, the staff kept me updated throughout the process. I also ended up purchasing a battery during my visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this business for their professionalism and excellent customer care.
2 days ago I went in person to order front brakes for a 2022 Hyundai Accent the USA Auto Parts Rep said he would call Me when my brakes arrived at USA Auto Parts Store that was Sunday, as of Tuesday, he still hasn't called me that he has the front brakes pads ! I won't even go order auto parts from USA Auto Parts in Cicero IL very bad services!
I brought alternator back in 2020 with a lifetime warranty. My alternator went bad more than three times already. They always replace it when i bring it back but like i said before my alternator when out several times already causing it to damage to my battery i had to change my battery 2 times already this year because of this. I recommended this place to family and friends and one of them are having the same problem with the alternator.
I called this auto parts store in panic because I needed parts for my car ASAP! USA Auto Parts calmed me down and Luis was very insightful and helpful for what I needed. I definitely will be coming back to support this local business.
These people are difficult to deal with, and you can lose money here. I asked to search for an auto part, using my phone number, and one of the staff, denied my request, as a customer...
