I brought alternator back in 2020 with a lifetime warranty. My alternator went bad more than three times already. They always replace it when i bring it back but like i said before my alternator when out several times already causing it to damage to my battery i had to change my battery 2 times already this year because of this. I recommended this place to family and friends and one of them are having the same problem with the alternator.
I called this auto parts store in panic because I needed parts for my car ASAP! USA Auto Parts calmed me down and Luis was very insightful and helpful for what I needed. I definitely will be coming back to support this local business.
Cheap prices for repairing your car. I drive a Mercedes-Benz Truck. Spent $500 on everything I needed like replacing my rod, fans for the car, accessory battery and so much more. Anywhere else they wanted $2000 for what I needed. Talk about savings!!! Definitely a place I will always shop with. Parts come in same day majority of the time!
This is the worst auto part store!!! I have been going here for over 2 weeks now with the same problem and steady excuses. How can you give the wrong part 4 times(Especially when you have the car facts)? How can you have the part ship to the wrong location? How can you not be apologetic for making the same error?
