They were supposed to come out today (11/22/22) between ***** to repair a furnace that has been out since Saturday (11/19/22). They didnt show up or contact me. I called the company and was told they werent coming because of the weather (its 48 degrees and no rain). They were assigned by American Happy Shield. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTHY OF YOUR BUSINESS. If I could give them negative stars I would.
