Extremely disappointed with the experience. I reached out via email but never received any response. Tried calling the number provided—it’s either switched off or completely non-functional. There was absolutely no follow-up or support from their side. Very unprofessional and frustrating, especially when you’re trying to get help and are just ignored. Would not recommend based on this experience.

I worked with Shelly O. and was overall very satisfied with the experience. Being a first time buyer I am certain there was additional burden on the agents end from my beginner questions etc. but I never got the impression that it was an issue in the slightest. With the current state of the market it did take time to find the right fit for what I was looking for and I felt Shelly & USA-1 were excellent partners through the whole process.
