We had Mike come to my Mom's to give us a bid on a new septic system. He came out that day, gave us a bid and took my husband step by step through the process. Upon deciding to go with Mike, he and his crew showed up the day that we had set up and the job was completed start to finish in a timely fashion, and with no surprise upcharges. I was completely happy with the whole job they did. We had a new septic system installed and it was completed quickly and professionally. I had zero issues with the owner or the crew. Everyone was easy to deal with and did a great job.
Difficult site with limited access. Did a professional job with minimal disturbance to existing landscaping. Answered all our questions and finished the job in the time estimated and at the price we agreed upon. Would HIGHLY recommend USA1 Excavating.
Mike is a wonderful, patient, and understanding person to work with! We had a remarkably complex project that involved a couple legal jurisdictions and some strong personalities. He was always calm and professional with everyone concerned. He worked well with everyone involved and came up with alternate solutions whenever we hit roadblocks. Mike and Andrew were prompt and completed the excavating of the cement pad and steps by my front door in very professional manner.
