I have worked with them a little over a year and they decided to terminate my contract because they thought that I was using my phone, that is beside the point, if you decide to be part of the lease to purchase back away because they supposedly have a MRP PROGRAM that upon being terminated or quit you will lose all the money that you put in this.
Ive noticed with all of US Xpress that they lack communication, crazy enough the recruiters and the actual leaders act like they were told two separate things. Leaders are trying to cut you out of the money you are rightfully owed, while a recruiter is having to tell them they are wrong. Also to tell someone they cant get a certain pay because they were bob tailing is crazy when the whole reason they are is because of what they are told to do.
