I have used US Window and Door for two of my investment properties. Each time I was very satisfied with the price, service and quality of the product and the installation. The latest project included 70 windows and 2 doors. During the installation, Martin made sure that the installers were doing the job correctly and after the job was completed, Martin did a walk through to make sure I was satisfied with everything.
Martin and his team were excellent. The follow up and communication was as good as any vendor that worked on our renovation. The are not the kind of guys that walk away from problems. The had difficulty removing the old window and showed up the next day with additional team that finished the job on time and with great efficiency. the team leader Danny was great explained what he was doing and what was happening and worked with the team to keep the mess to a minimum. Great job

The owner of this Company understands and practices quality work and customer service! He’s a owner that gets and stays involved with the various aspects of their service line. I thought the sales person, Joseph, was extremely knowledgeable about the products and the installers were great. I will definitely recommend them to anyone!
I do a lot of work on my house myself, but could not cope with new windows without major reconstruction. These guys technically do a retro-fit as the new framing goes over some of the old. Love the results, they have one more to come back and do, but nice work, polite, and they come out to re-check results. Went thru Costco program, found them to be better price than Anderson's. Used Milguard Tuscany / double-paned. It was a mid-grade for what they give you to select from. Wide white trim very aesthetic.
I was referred to these guys by a friend and I'm glad I was. We have had a lot of various service providers at our house recently doing a lot of different projects. These guys installed our garden window. The crew showed up on time, was very friendly and professional, and actually cleaned up!! I love the new windows. They make such a difference, not only in the look, but also in keeping out the heat and the noise. The three guys who came out to install them were very friendly, and they got the job done quickly and did good work. While there was a mixup in the delivery, Martin took ownership, and it did not delay the installation of the windows at all, they found a way to get it done.
