Straight crook. If I wasn't moving I would take him to small claims court. Rekeying when I gave the keys back, 300 bucks to clean a back yard in Feb and it was a small yard. Pass on this business or document everything and don't sign anything until your lawyer has reviewed it. By Felicia
They're a joke, they will try charging you for previous tenant damage. Slum lords as well no matter how many times you request repairs it never gets done. Since moving in we have had to fix problems that have existed prior to moving in. Also we still haven't had a smoke detector installed like they said they would 5 months ago.
This company is a sham, they rent properties that aren't safe. Also they're very rude and ignore you when you have any maintenance that needs to be done!! Consumers beware!!
Very crappy management, if you need anything repaired good luck! If they do hold on to your wallet they'll charge more than double the amount for the repaired item than if they replaced it new! They don't or won't return or answer calls if you have rental property issues that need to be taken care of and they're just plain RUDE!
