Some departments are OUTSTANDING, however, going there for mental health care is like taking a time machine back to 1947, when the building was built. Beep beep!
I had to go in to the Omaha VA to make a Release Of Information request and was dreading doing it because I thought it would be a hassle. I went to Eligibility and made the request and they set me up on a computer and I walked out within 15 minutes with all my records in hand. My dread turned to elation with such professional and courteous service. Thank you!

Every department I've encountered is respectful and caring. Women's health is excellent, haven't encountered anyone unprofessional. Only medical place, I would prefer to be treated. Very Resourceful and caring for this veteran
