The frustration with everyone is the lack of transparency and proper customer service with this company. I have been renting my property last couple years due to a Military mission. I only found out there was a lien on my property due to a family member assessing my property. If a letter was sent I never received it but my concern is the ridiculous admin fees that is applied to this 900+ bill. I called 24 hours ago and I I will keep updating the review. I have only received one letter before the threat of lien. The only letter I received game me an account number that doesn't help me pay anything online. So your making people late because of your lack of business skills.... I received a call this morning exchanging infomation and getting my account back in good standing. Thank you for the help this morning, I will update this review from 1 to 4 stars.
I don’t appreciate coming outside my home with a letter on my door. I’ve never received ANY other notices prior to this. I’ve called the number provided and no answer. The other number says leave a voicemail. This is so unprofessional.
While this industry sector doesn't always have the best reputation, I can confidently state that the representative I worked with (Petra) exceeded expectations. She took the time to ensure all details were properly identified and worked diligently toward a fair resolution. It is 2025 and we are still not able to pay online... **UPDATE: I originally left a 1-star review because I had a difficult time finding the company’s online payment portal. I only received a late bill (possibly due to mail getting lost or misplaced as I had just moved in), and it didn’t include any clear instructions on how to pay online.
