I have been attempting to contact this company for a month via 6 voicemail and several emails, with zero response. I have recorded my voicemails so that I can bring a formal complaint against this company. I hope your HOA does not decide to use this company. I am researching how they may be reported to the Better Business Bureau. If any of you would like to contact the Better Business Bureau, I’d recommend doing so.
I have been trying to reach them for the last years. I called left voicemails. No one has reach back. How do I contact you guys or maybe set direct payment so that way I don’t need to call. Please go over the charges, removed the fees and we can go from there. I hope you can call me back. I just sent an email
Never answer phone and never return phone call once you leave voice mail…can’t pay bills online even..poor service.
Just get their mail today saying we owed $400 Water & Sewer facility charge with late fee $8. It's a legal website, but they are doing a really, really, shitty job since no notice were given beforehand and thus late fee is guaranteed.
I have left several messages on 3/3, 3/5, 3/10, and again today on 3/13/25. Your voicemail message says you will return calls within 2-3 business days however, this is not the case. I am very frustrated with this company that sends out bills yet fails to be effective in responding to customer questions and/or concerns related to those bills.
