This company needs to update how they allow owners to pay. They bought out the company we previously paid to and because of a mishap our HOA said our due date was now March 1st. I’ve been trying to pay since February 15th. No one calls back. No one answers emails. It’s frustrating. I have been trying to pay my bill for over a week. I have been calling and leaving a message as suggested. No response. I left an email. No response. Silly me thinking that companies are modern enough for me to make a payment online for those who doesn't have any checks. I understand I will have to pay a late fee. But please someone return my call so I can get this bill paid.
This company needs to end their bad business practices immediately. I have had the same issue as many others, and accrued a late fee which has been paid because they did not have the correct mailing information. I have been told I had a balance forward of 380 but owe 120 still? It’s 500 per year, which has been on auto pay because I can’t rely upon receiving notice from them. I can’t wait to see what the latest shenanigan is. I intend to report these affairs, just like all the other folks. Such a shame!
One of the biggest scam services out there. They send you last minute notices for your bill, threaten to place a lien on your property, and then dodge all your calls and emails so you can’t contact them on how to fulfill your payment. I have called them left voicemails and emails over the past two weeks with no response. Strongly considering hiring a lawyer. Wish I could give 0 stars
