Extremely disappointed by the way my friend was treated during a visit today. She went in to request a replacement card after losing hers, and the employee who assisted her was extremely rude and dismissive. The employee physically grabbed my friend’s hand twice in a violent manner and told her to simply use the card on her phone instead. She refused to properly assist her with ordering a replacement card and had a terrible attitude throughout the interaction.
