Excellent service!
If every BofA branch ran like this one they would be out of business in a month! They don't seem to be able to do anything without an appointment, and then they forget your appointment and have no staff available to help. If you run a business STAY AWAY from this branch! I'm not sure if this branch is simply on its way to closure or if the management is just utterly incompetent, or both. But you have been warned - stay away. I understand the Federal Hill branch is run better.
