I was provided a cost for Services and asked to pay a deposit and given a date for service. I waited around and no-one showed up or reached out to me to let me know anything. I continued to reach out and finally was received a text message about the mix up and a notice of them having provided me the wrong price for services. They wanted to refund and then bill me at the higher price. I requested a refund of my money to be able to contract with someone I trust. Absolutely the worst Company, if you could call this a Company I have every dealt with. The main point of contact Robbie is nothing more than a scam artist. This Company will take your money, ignore all correspondence from you and will go as far as blocking your calls. (Paid a deposit on work that was suppose to be completed, they wanted full payment before they even started. **Thankly fully my bank alerted me to a potential scam after I sent the deposit and not the full amount! US tree climbers came and cut down a ridiculous amount of trees in my yard!! They cleaned everything up and it looks phenomenal! Robbie is super personable and a very hard worker. My yard is 100% better after his trimming. Thank you!
Robbie and his crew did an outstanding job turning my front and back yard of overgrown trees into a better looking yard of well pruned trees! He is both professional and personable at his craft of delivering what the customer wants. He will ensure total satisfaction with the customer before he leaves the premises. Robbie also honors discounts for military veterans! I was well pleased with the work completed with my yard and will not hesitate to hire him again!
These folks are prompt, courteous, and do a great job! Friendly and insured as well. Highly recommend!
