we bought a inground shelter from them about 2 years ago we noticed after 6 months it was leaning to one side so got the level out it shows it's a quarter bubble off doesn't sound like much but from a distance looks like crape put water on top and runs very quickly off to one side and when people see it that's the first thing they ask about it not happy with it will not recommend them to anyone
The entire process, from visiting the production site prior to purchase, thru the installation was 5 stars. Brett was very detailed in showing us the process of constructing their storm shelters. The day of the install he and Junior answered questions we had, and completed the install timely. Highly recommend U.S Storm Shelters and Brett, as he and Junior were professional and personable.
Brett and his team are fantastic! We had their top-quality in-ground shelter installed in 2018, and it remains in perfect condition. Thanks to its self-healing concrete, this unit is built to last a lifetime. My daughter sprinkled a $1 box of wildflowers around the exterior, and they flourished beautifully. I bought a house that has one on the land less than 8 years old that leaks, and they will not warranty it because the house sold. There is a foot of water in the bottom after the last few rains. It has not moved and is in the spot they chose. The person I spoke to was rude and a smart A and told me to pay to have it demolished. That was his solution.
