Rebecca was awesome! Very thorough, and friendly. Explained everything in detail. Facilities are very clean and well maintained! Would highly recommend calling for your storage needs!

Rebecca was extremely helpful and thorough. Unit exactly as advertised. A small addition to my review, still 5* but I have more worked with Rebecca and Charles and Charles was extremely helpful as well. If you have a problem at all, just reach out. Friendly staff, great to work with so far!

EDIT: Charles called me personally to work through this and adjusted the payment to be WAY more reasonable. I appreciate that they took the time to reach out and make things right. ------ I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but I’ve had a frustrating experience so far with US Storage Centers. When we first tried to move in, we ended up waiting ~2 hours for someone to come help us. Rebecca is delightful! She is took care of our needs in a very professional way. The units are well kept & appreciate that they are climate controlled. We feel like our storage items are secure.
