Great customer service and very friendly and detailed thanks to Rebecca.
Rebecca was very thorough when checking me in, and I felt very well informed throughout the entire process. She got me a really great deal on my unit and made sure that I had options. She was very kind and made sure that I knew that she was willing to work with me on anything that might come up during my time using their storage space. I feel very well taken care of and I made the right choice picking US storage centers!
I only needed the space for a few days while I was in between apartments. You cannot access your stuff after 9pm, and if you are in after that, you get locked in and charged extra. You have to type in your code to get out, and it wont open after 9. That was not helpful when i was trying to get a whole truck unloaded by myself. Anyway, when I was done with the unit, I tried to go tell them to close out my lease, but nobody was at the office. The hours said they were open, but it was clear nobody had been there all day.
