Do not rent from here, initially I was very impressed with this storage center. The rates were great and they had really good reviews. Before I started renting my unit I emailed the property manager to inquire about when I could expect to receive rate increases and how much I could expect them to be. I was told first increase was at 6 months and then yearly from them on. I asked how much I could expect the increase to be, she wasn't able to give me a number for that as she did not determine the number. She did however reassu... read more
