Amazing products and staff know their stuff.
I'd give 0 stars if I could. I understand the supply chain issues but this is the Worst company I have ever dealt with in my 20+ years of working in the athletic paint business. They do not answer the phone, do not reply to emails and do not let you know if they have received my PO, won't tell me if the product is in stock or when it may ship. My customers think I'm lying when I tell them that I have not heard from them. I will no longer sell their products. It's not that hard to reply to an email or to pick up the phone.
These folks are excellent. The market is tough now and supply chain issues are very real. The group at USSC is forthright. They have filled orders in a timely fashion realizing they want to sell me the product as much as I need to buy it; just issues in raw materials that we all must go with. Larry and Herman are tol notch. The office staff have all been wonderful. I appreciate American made items. By keeping things stateside has alwed me to get in some rush orders, too. Thank you USSC for helping in my success.
It takes a lot for me to write a review but this deserves it. Earlier this year I submitted a small order for aerosol cans which I received and got an invoice for by email. There was no link to pay by card so I attempted calling and no one answered. I then sent an email asking someone to call which I never received. A couple times since then I've received the invoice again my email, again I'd call and reply asking for help with payment and no reply.
