0 if I could. Called several weeks ago and the person that works local was rude and snippy. The office is closed for remodel, so she’s working from home? This time the call we made was over a 2 hour wait time to even talk to someone. Because the paperwork mailed in on Jan 25 to the local office apparently hasn’t been processed yet. This is absolutely ridiculous. The only number available is the same 800 #.
I was denied changing my child’s last name due to not having the amended birth certificate when they require that OR a certified court order. I had the certified court order in hand. You are not required to update a birth certificate if that is not what the court order says. They also stated that I was required to produce an immunization record for my child and refused to accept a WY government issued ID for my child, which is a listed acceptable identification card; an immune record is an option if you do Not have an ID car... read more
Security guard,calm cool collective. You know which lady you are, shame on you for your rudeness and smug personality towards the disabled, horrible place, employees should be fired. My opinion and feeling from my last visit.
