Just incompetence, rude, arrogant, and totally worthless. This is what we taxpayers pay them for? We pay for rent, utilities, supplies, office equipment and look at the reviews....tells it all!

0 if I could. Called several weeks ago and the person that works local was rude and snippy. The office is closed for remodel, so she’s working from home? This time the call we made was over a 2 hour wait time to even talk to someone. Because the paperwork mailed in on Jan 25 to the local office apparently hasn’t been processed yet. This is absolutely ridiculous. The only number available is the same 800 #.
