Never answer phones. My phone autoblocks their callback & I can't determine the "real" number they use to call to possibly unblock. VERY customer unfriendly organization!
I had a 1:00 phone appointment for my disabled granddaughter for SSI benefits with the Imperial, Nebraska office that I had made five months earlier. No one called at 1:00 so I called the office. They said they called three times and left two messages. So I checked my phone. They called at 12:30 not 1:00 so I missed their call. I've been waiting five months for this call. I walked in and was greeted by the nicest security guard. Waited 10 minutes, chatting with the security guy the whole time. My turn to be helped. The lady was super nice, got everything done I needed and even got a copy of my daughters card ordered. We were out of there in maybe 15 minutes total! I would highly recommend!!
Terrible Service, I just finally get on the line with the agent and tell them my name and what I was calling about and they hang up on me and when I try to call back the office is closed like seriously. Also they claim people owe them money when they’re either in school or college when they shouldn’t even be required to do so.
