Everyone was very kind and considerate. I was in and out in no time.
Waited on hold for about 15 minutes, only to get hung up on immediately when finally getting in contact with an agent.
Slow, long waits. Lots of customer windows, no employees at the windows. 10-15 min breaks in between customers, with no one at the windows during those breaks. It feels like the long waits are intentional.
