I walked into SSA building shortly after opening to find the waiting area full. I logged in & recieved my waiting number which was about18th in line from the number that was last being seen. I waited for about 20 minutes when the next person was called. Waited about another 30 minutes when the next person was called to be seen AT THE SAME WINDOW THAT HAD SEEN THE OTHER PERSON! I went to there office for a immediate need for my family and security guard was rude and obnoxious asking personal questions about why im there and when i went to the window, there was a rude lady not willing to help with my situation just wanted me to go away, very bad experience with this office
