Called to make an appointment and the lady over the phone was extremely rude. My brother was having a hard time explaining what he needed and when I tried to tell her she interrupted and demanded to know why we were bothering to call. Was extremely rude and I hung up. We traveled over an hour to use there services that now we will no longer be using. I will say the security guard was very respectful and help us understand some things.

Very Rude lady - I would never go to this office - or call them again. Take my advice - Go somewhere else
The Security guy and the guy on the desk that helped me today his name is Bill, they both were excellent, they did an amazing job, super friendly and helpful. Great Job SSA office Wilkesboro.
Over 2 hours waiting for someone to answer the phone and ever spoke to anyone. That’s a little ridiculous if you ask me.
