I drive out of town to the Shelby social security administration office got their told me go online then the online would not accept my information instead of just make a schedule they told me call there home office to setup a appointment then I have drive back down... our government is backwards.... you should be serving use not give us a run around....

Getting an appointment is best. I was in and out in 20 min with an appointment while the sign on the door says wait time 90 minutes for drop ins. Grateful for the good and fast service to process my name change.
