I was ASSAULTED by the security officer B. June for "not having an appointment " nobody came to help me, nobody stood up for me and I was thrown out the door. he needs to be fired and charged.
This man (B. JUNE) who works as a security guard, assaulted my best friend for trying to get help, with little explanation he was dragged out of the building and threatened with the police. There are no signs posted on the building that says you cannot come in there.
Despite all the bad reviews of this place I more than likely lucked out and got a nice social security worker who was very sweet and didn’t give off any kind of negative attitude.. went in for a appointment @ 10 am, placed my information into the machine to get my ticket number waited for about 6 mins total and was called back .. I will say the waiting area could use more seating during their higher peak hours; But overall the experience was great for it being my first interaction with social security.
My advice is to make an appointment online and screenshot the confirmation page to show them in case they tell you your appointment isn’t in their system. I was told 5 times that I didn’t have an appointment and was about to be turned away until I showed them the confirmation.
