Whats the point of setting a appointment if u still have to wait 2 hr after ur appointment.. like seriously then the security or whatever he is don't lead people to the way they need to go if they never been here.. he'll rather read a book
I may have waited longer than I wanted. However, with the staff cutbacks and the regular employee outages that every business experienced, my experience at the Shelby office was very good. The staff was friendly, very helpful, and reassuring that my case was handled correctly and completed that day. Be kind and patient.
30 minute wait for updating Bank information Account details one week ago, second week of November 11/12/25. Friendly workers at front desk n at windows.
The woman who answers the phone is rude, condescending and very ignorant.. she try’s to talk about things that she has no education in. She has no communication skills, nor any type of customer service training. Plus, every time we update our information it gets all screwed up again, over and over and over…
