My case for ssi is being mishandled and I need a lawyer. They almost never answer phone calls. And still won't send me a detailed letter explaining why I was denied. Absolutely terrible communication.
Recently visited this office the representative listened to the problem that I had trying to handle business on the website and went out her way to accommodate me at the window. All issues were resolved.
I was very lucky I sat there maybe 5 minutes and I was seeing and it didn't take long I was in and out in the employees are very polite in the security officer is polite also.
I drive out of town to the Shelby social security administration office got their told me go online then the online would not accept my information instead of just make a schedule they told me call there home office to setup a appointment then I have drive back down... our government is backwards.... you should be serving use not give us a run around....
