I understand they deal with the general public daily and how that can be difficult..But that shouldn't make them rude to EVERYONE! If you hate your job just quit! That easy...no need to have such a horrible attitude to someone you just met..The feelings i felt in that 15 minute appointment were overwhelming...all the negative reviews absolutely check out. Recently got married was told to come to the office to get name change. No one said anything about appointments so sit in the parking lot for an hour on hold with the phone number they gave me hung up and walk in no one‘s in the office workers sitting behind their desk doing nothing And still could not assist me Told me I had to make an appointment. These people are lazy and don’t want to do nothing. If you need anything done, I would not recommend Shelby office!

I was ASSAULTED by the security officer B. June for "not having an appointment " nobody came to help me, nobody stood up for me and I was thrown out the door. he needs to be fired and charged.

This man (B. JUNE) who works as a security guard, assaulted my best friend for trying to get help, with little explanation he was dragged out of the building and threatened with the police. There are no signs posted on the building that says you cannot come in there.
