Staff was very rude, security guard was nice tho

Some staff are decent others are rude the security guards polite and respectful. Other staff they don't care about anybody they're there for a paycheck and don't care about mental/disabled elderly they now make you have to file for a appointment before coming in even tho anyone the office is mainly empty besides staff so basically in my point of view they sit there no doing what their actually supposed to get paid for must be really nice. Scheduled an appointment a week ago to sit here and wait for the walk-ins to go ahead of me?? It's 10 minutes passed my appointment already?!?!?
