17 windows, 2 workers and you can only be seen by appointment only which you do not find out until you make the drive, for us 70 min. Where are our tax dollars going, no employees in the post office, social security admin, streets & bridges are crumbling, oh wait its going to wars for other countries....
Keep trying you have now taken 30 minutes to take care of business. It used to take up to 1 1/2 hours to take care of business.
I looked daily until I found an appointment. I had to drive 52 minutes to get there, but it was so worth it! The procedures were clear and easy! My appointment time was 3:10. I arrived at 3:00 and they called for me right on time! I was out by 3:15! I don’t think those hoping to “drop in” would be able to get service the way it is set up. I recommend continuing to check for appointments. I was dreading this appointment- so kudos to this branch for making it so painless!
