I was on hold for a little over 20 minutes. They used to have a feature that let you leave your phone number and they would call you back. I guess they don’t have that anymore. I just spoke with a male representative . I've called 3 times just now and they hung up as soon as I stated my name I have waited 3 hours on the phone just to make a appointment. Terrible service. What is the point of these people even having jobs?
