I had a very disappointing experience at this Social Security office. The wait times were extremely long, and the process felt very disorganized. The staff did not handle my concerns in a timely manner. Additionally, some of the employees I interacted with were not friendly or welcoming, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. I understand that these offices can be busy, but I expected more professionalism, better communication, and courteous customer service.
